Occupational Health Services

The Council is looking for a flexible but robust solution that will provide the following services under this contract (to cover 750 employees):

— Pre-placement health assessments,

— Case management,

— Occupational Health contractual times and location,

— Management Information meetings,

— Improved digital processes and real time information on cases,

— Health Monitoring,

— Ad-hoc Advice,

— Health Promotion and Wellbeing Guidance.

Contract Period: An initial term of 3 years with an option for a 2 year extension.

The Council is inviting tenders based on 2 options:

Option 1 — a fully inclusive price and;

Option 2 — a price per item/service;

Tenderers can submit responses for either or both options, by uploading their tender to the portal by the return deadline 12:00 23.11.2017.

— Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Physician (and access to another for second opinion and ill health retirement signatory)

— Qualified and experienced Senior Occupational Health Adviser

— Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Adviser

— We would expect certification for both Physicians and Occupational Health Advisers from the Faculty of Occupational Medicine

— We would expect certification of an approved HAV training course (Appendix 6 Control of Vibration at Work Regs. 2005. (L140) or equivalent level of competency.
