Dudley MBC will be utilising its e-procurement portal In-Tend for this procurement exercise. The PQQ should be received no later than 3rd July 2014 at 17:00 hours and will be available for download until 23.59 hours on 2nd July 2014. URL: www.blackcountrybusiness.co.uk

Invitations to Tender, it is anticipated will be issued during August 2014. The exact date given is subject to change and is given only as an estimate. Requests to participate must be by way of completion and return of the PQQ by no later than 17:00 hours on 3.7.2014.

i) not to award any Contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice;
