2.2

Description of the goods or services required

The Learning and Workforce Development department has a requirement for data entry services. This contract will run until 30th June 2018.

The Learning and Workforce Development department has a monitoring and tracking database to track all training that is being delivered within Scotland of their training programmes. This database is used to create reports on training delivery, participant’s demographics and trainer support needs. The database is a bespoke database created specifically for the department. The system is web-based and accessible from anywhere with password protection. The data collection is done on paper forms. The forms will contain questions required for that course only and therefore may not contain all of the same questions. Some courses also have course specific questions. The forms may also be formatted differently from the database screen.
