Government Online Database Service

Extent of the Government Online Database

The Government Online Database exists as a single database, and as a series of independent sectoral databases, each covering a particular aspect of the UK Government. The areas of responsibilities included in the database are listed further on in the website; these areas accurately reflect the main specialisations of executive and technical decision-makers within the database. At the last count for the fourth quarter of 2009, the number of contacts across all sectoral databases was between 35-36,000.

Tailored Databases

From our database archives it is possible to compile a large number of databases, depending on the requirements of the user. In general, it is more economical to subscribe to the Database Service as a whole, or to subscribe to Government Online Information Services, rather than buy a single database, however there may be occasions when the latter is the best option. If you have a specialised requirement please send an email to data@government-online.net and one of our representatives will deal with your enquiry.
