This will be a comprehensive support programme offering a wide range of professional and peer advice, tools and guidance organisations need to consider, develop and / or grow a public service mutual.

£1 — £1.225 million for the initial contract period of 28 months. £2 to £2.225 million including potential extensions.

The Office for Civil Society (OCS) within the Department for Digitial, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is looking to find two suitable suppliers to contribute to the co-design and delivery of the Mutuals Support Programme 2. This will be a comprehensive support programme offering a wide range of the professional and peer advice, tools, and guidance organisations need to consider, develop and/or grow a public service mutual (PSM).

£1 — £1.225 million for the initial contract period of 28 months. £2 to £2.225 million including potential extensions.

Key ambitions of the programme are to:

— inspire and make it easier to consider/set up PSMs,

— generate strong prospects for mutualisation in the delivery of public services.

— inspire and strengthen PSMs’ ability to sustain, grow and compete.

— promote understanding and recognition of the PSM model and its impacts

— generate evidence of PSM impact, benefits and challenges, and what it takes to successfully develop and grow PSMs.
