North East Lincolnshire Council, in partnership with Jobcentre Plus (JCP), intends to establish a framework agreement with an LGV training provider(s) to deliver an LGV driver training programme to a group of unemployed job-seekers from the Humber. The framework is split into four Lots representing different geographical areas and main centres of population within the Humber area. The framework will operate for 48 months. All future activity under the framework will be contracted by North East Lincolnshire Council.
