The House of Commons is seeking to put in place a framework agreement with organisations who will be responsible for the delivery of educational sessions to groups of 15 – 17 year olds across England who are taking part in the National Citizenship Scheme. The sessions will outline the role of the UK Parliament in society and explore ways in which young people can engage with Parliament and make their voice heard.
