Demolition of existing buildings and re-development of a site at 5-9 Rockingham Street, London, SE1 6PD. To provide a 13 storey building with 30 residential units (comprising 9 x 1 bed, 17 x 2 bed and 4 x 3 bed units) and a 393m2 restaurant as part of the basement/part ground floor level with mezzanine storage and the provision of 2 disabled parking spaces, associated refuse and cycle storage. The works shall be produced on a design and build basis under an amended JCT design and build contract 2011. The works are planned to commence in the spring of 2016 and complete by the end of 2017.
