The Contract will be for approximately 30 months from date of award and is scheduled to start in March 2013.
It is expected that all units built under this contract will meet Secured By Design and Lifetime Homes criteria.

Subject to the status and involvement of the parties, the Contracting Authority may require parties to commit to joint and several liability in respect of the Contract.
