The legislative provisions for the introduction of Electronic Monitoring to Northern Ireland are contained within Chapter 5 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nisi/2008/1216/part/2/chapter/5).
