Quality.

Quality will be assessed by reference to a number of method statements prepared by the tenderer, in response to questions posed in this tender document.

Price.

The Provider is asked to state a rate within the range of 300 GBP — 500 GBP per assessment. Where a provider states a rate above 500 GBP the Council reserves the right to not award a place on the Framework at its discretion.
