— Mechanical and electrical provision to all units including externals,
— Telephone and Data provision to the site and all units,
— New site access road including footpaths, lighting and drainage,
— Car parking for circa 320 spaces including light and heavy goods vehicle parking,
— Unit refuse storage, motorbike and cycle parking,
— Site hard and soft landscaping including paths and landscaping to the River Mersey frontage,
— Extensive site and retaining works including integrated buffer landscaping to adjacent residential areas,
— New tree planting throughout,
— New utilities to site including diversion works,
— New site drainage with surface water attenuation to all roads and hard surfacing,
