The University of Nottingham are seeking to appoint a Main Contractor for the complete design and construction of a new engineering building known as the Advanced Manufacturing Building, at the University Jubilee campus. The building will comprise of engineered focused laboratory, workshop, offices, seminar rooms and associated ancillary areas and will be required to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

Range: between 17 000 000 and 18 000 000 GBP
