Design and construction of 125 No New build residential dwellings (a part 4, part 5, part 8/9 storey development) of varying tenures together with 277 m2 (minimum) of affordable workspace. Delivery shall be completed with associated car parking, refuse and cycle store, drainage, mains services, infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like including a new substation on-site, communal lift installations (4 No) and public realm and external works surrounding the sites. 55 No are to be private sale, 51 No shared ownership and 19 No as affordable rent. There is a requirement for 1 No 2 bed 4 person unit and 1 No 2 bed 2 person unit for use as show units for sales purposes. These units must be delivered completed no later than 24 weeks prior to the practical completion. Completion of all works must be prior to the end of March 2018.
