Therefore, the Council is seeking to update a List of Approved Design and Print Suppliers from which any future purchases will be made. Organisations are requested to note, however, that inclusion on the Council’s Framework does in no way constitute an offer of work or guaranteed any purchase contracts.

Should your quotations in the life of this framework not be in the same region as your initial submission you may be removed from the framework. You will be expected to honour and hold you original fees.
Increase in costs due to the increase in paper will NOT be accepted. The council reserves the right not to use the framework and seek services from outside the framework should the suppliers not provide a competitive price.
This approved list shall last for a period of 2 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years subject to the discretion of the council. No substantial increases shall be accepted should the contract be extended.
Bidder should be aware that there will be no guaranteed volumes under this Framework Agreement. Bidders should be aware that the council is always reviewing services it needs which may result in alternative routes to market being introduced for specified categories or cost. Bidder must also be aware that the value of work conducted via this Framework Agreement may be lower than the estimate stated within the OJEU Contract Notice.
This framework and individual call-off contracts shall be subject to the council’s Terms and Conditions.
