The Council is seeking a provider to design and deliver a comprehensive awareness campaign to raise the issue of portion size control. This forms part of an ongoing healthy eating and healthier food choices campaign “Heart of Derbyshire”.
The provider will be required to:
*Take the campaign from initial brief to the design of concepts and onwards through the creation of a communications plan to the implementation and delivery of a six month campaign.
*Perform ongoing evaluation regarding the effectiveness of the campaign.
*Fulfil all of the requirements for marketing communications and related services, including (but not limited to) idea creation and development for the purpose of brand awareness building plus attitudinal and behavioural change.
