The Trust currently uses a mixture of in house and off-the-shelf solutions to manage our expanding e-learning provision. We have identified a need to unify our current learning solutions into, as far as the user is concerned, one main portal, and create a web based Learning Management System (LMS) that will allow our users to manage all of their learning in a virtual classroom environment. A draft specification is included with the PQQ documents, but the final specification – expected to be broadly similar – will be issued with the tender documents.

Express an Interest in the tender – Login to the portal with the username/password – Click the ‘PQQs / ITTs Open To All Suppliers’ link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) – Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. – Click the ‘Express Interest’ button at the top of the page. – This will move the PQQ /ITT into your ‘My PQQs/ My ITTs’ page.
