Extraordinary Everyday Digital Resources

Description of the goods or services required

NHS Education for Scotland has developed a repository of digital resources which reflect Nursing and Midwifery careers under the brand ‘Extraordinary Everyday’. These resources are available for use by stakeholder organisations (NHS Boards, Higher Education Institutions etc) to support recruitment, selection and careers advice to prospective nurses and midwives. A minimum of 20 high definition digital photographs in a contemporary style reflecting different aspects of Nursing and Midwifery careers. 3 short (approx 10 min each) digital video interviews with NHS Staff shot on location in different NHS/University. Interviews to be undertaken by the successful tenderer and presented as first person narratives regarding N&M careers. NES will contribute the clinical expertise to the interviewer.

Total quantity or scope of tender

There is a maximum, fixed budget of £36,000 GBP, excluding VAT for this project. This includes all expenses and professional actors incurred by the successful tenderer. All resources to be delivered by 31st March 2013.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Criteria contained within the ITT.

Tenderers must be able to demonstrate they hold, or are willing to commit to obtaining a minimum Public Liability Insurance of £1 million GBP during the life of the contract. NES reserves the right to exclude any Tenderer unable to meet this condition.
