Due to the commercially sensitive nature of this procurement, some information from the specification has been removed along with the award criteria questions.

YPO will provide the headings of this information and suppliers can request to receive this via the discussions area of the e-Tendering portal. Upon request for this information, YPO will issue a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which is required to be signed and returned before YPO will issue the information.

Suppliers will not be able to capture all of YPO’s requirements without sight of this document as it forms part of the specification and will also be a contractual document.

NOTE: YPO is shut down over the Christmas period from the 22nd December until the 1st January. within this time-scale, no clarifications will be responded to or issuing of additional information such as the information captured by the NDA.
