Lot 1 — Stair Lifts:
Works contract for the supply and installation of stair lifts including an option for extended manufacturer’s warranty.
Lot 2 — Ceiling Track Hoists:
Works contract for the supply and installation of a broad spectrum of equipment and would include an option for manufacturer’s extended product warranty.
Lot 3 — Platform Lifts:
Works contract for the supply and installation of through floor lifts and step lifts and would include an option for manufacturer’s extended product warranty.

Under this procurement, the contractor is required to participate actively in the economic and social regeneration of the locality of, and surroundings of, the place of delivery for the procurement.
