A key priority for Derbyshire Children’s and Young People Trust is to support disabled children, young people and their families to access the services they need, and to promote choice, quality and value for money. We also want to help disabled young people to make a smooth transition into adult life.
Providers are being invited to apply for Framework Agreements to deliver specialised services for disabled children and young people. The list of Framework providers will be made available to Schools, Multi-Agency Teams, Social Care and other agencies within the Derbyshire Children’s Trust who may use it to spot-purchase provision on behalf of young people or families.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Derbyshire County Council will operate a minimum 10 (or 15 calendar day if non-electronic or fax methods used) standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to the relevant economic operators. Debriefing by the Council shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2006 (as amended) (the Regulations). Such information should be requested from the addressee in Section 1.1.
