Cambridgeshire County Council invite tenders for the provision of support within three refuges for female victims of Domestic Abuse (Lots 1-3), and for the provision of outreach support for all victims of domestic abuse in Cambridgeshire (Lot 4).
The provider(s) for the refuges must provide safe and stable refuge for women and children fleeing high risk domestic abuse, and to support them to move into safe and secure independent accommodation.
The provider of the outreach service must provide advice, information and support to victims of domestic abuse to enable them to stay safe and to minimise risks to the victim and any children, and enable them to cope and recover from the abuse they have experienced. The service will work with those who are experiencing domestic abuse, whether they are still in an abusive relationship, attempting to leave or have already left the relationship, at any level of risk.
