This non-mandatory Contract Notice, published because the services required constitute a Part B service for the purposes of the Public Contract Regulations 2006 and therefore this tender is not fully regulated by the Regulations. Neither a reference during or after the procurement process to the Regulations or the use of language or terminology common to the Regulations shall require the Authority to conduct a fully regulated tender in accordance with the Regulations. The contract term will be for an initial period of 3 years, however depending on the ongoing need, budget availability and contract performance the contract may be extended for a further period of two years at twelve monthly intervals, up to a maximum contract term of 5 years. The value of the contract is estimated to be within 300 000 GBP and 400 000 GBP per annum, however no guarantee or commitment as to the initial and future value of any work arising from this contract can be given.
