Description of particular conditions: The following 2 (two) conditions shall apply to this process: 1. Bidders shall submit their expression of interest to the person identified in Section ‘I.1) Name, Addresses and Contact Point(s)’ only. Under no circumstances must there be any communication to any other person or persons without the formal approval of the person identified in Section ‘I.1) Name, Addresses and Contact Point(s)’ and 2. All Bidders shall submit their expression of interest to the person identified in Section ‘I.1) Name, Addresses and Contact Point(s)’ by Recorded Delivery only. The Trust reserves the right to reject any expression of interest that does not comply with the above 2 (two) conditions. Where any expression of interest is rejected as a failure of the Bidder to comply with the said 2 (two) conditions then there shall be no liability incurred by the Trust for such non-compliance.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. All Bidders must note that this Contract Notice has, for the purposes of the relevant Regulations, been issued today (Wednesday, 25.2.2015) for publication. Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) will be issued to Bidders after the Monday, 30.3.2015. The Trust will provide all Bidders 31 days to complete and submit their PQQ back to the Trust.
