The service will be provided to Adults (over 18 years of age). Service user groups may include; Older Adults, including those with Dementia, Individuals with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Issues and Sensory Impairments. The Council has set a maximum hourly rate of 12.17 GBP inclusive of Travel and training. The rate shall be fixed for year 1 (one) of the Framework and shall apply for all call 365 days per year.
