Existing care packages will remain with their respective Service Providers and will not be transferred.
If a Service Provider finds their price is proving not to be competitive in the market i.e. they are not receiving commissions of care because of their price, this six monthly ‘window of opportunity’ will give a Service Provider the opportunity to re-submit their application with more competitive hourly prices. The Council will not consider new applications to increase the price for an existing Framework Service Provider.
