Pembrokeshire County Council invites tenders on behalf of the Welsh Purchasing Consortium to set up a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Glass, Polycarbonate and Double Glazing Units to participating members within the Welsh Purchasing Consortium.This procurement exercise will be conducted electronically using the Value Wales e-tendering portal. Interested parties must log on to http://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk to access all documentation.

The scoping exercise used to gauge the level of interest amongst WPC members resulted in eight committed to using the arrangement. These were:-

This is a framework arrangement and no guarantee as to volumes or expenditure can be given. Your attention is drawn to the fact that some existing arrangements which will expire before the end of the framework may continue for individual Authorities during the period of the framework, after which the individual authority may utilise this framework.
The framework is divided into the following three product Lots:
Lot 1 – Glass (Delivery & Collection)
Lot 2 – Polycarbonate (Delivery & Collection)
Lot 3 – Double Glazed Units (Delivery & Collection)
And sub divided into eleven geographical areas and Delivery or Collection. This procurement exercise will be conducted electronically using the Value Wales e-tendering portal. Interested parties must log on to http://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk to access all documentation.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Pembrokeshire County Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be required from (See I.1).
