Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: It shall be a condition of this contract that the successful course provider shall be appropriately licensed by the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) to deliver courses to the national specification.

Assessments for licenses shall commence whilst this tender is open for responses and those organisations interested in bidding for this contract are strongly advised to contact NDORS at their earliest convenience to commence this process;

To facilitate the licensing process the Authority has allowed additional time for responses over and above the statutory minimum.
