III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

The Council as part of their monitoring process shall ask the provider to provide specific information to ensure that any required outcomes are being met. Outcomes will be specific to each service user and will be detailed in the individual mini tender, outcomes are detailed below but are not limited to:

— drug and/or alcohol use,

— physical and psychological health,

— criminal involvement and offending,

— social functioning.

The provider will submit a service user update every 4 weeks, to Warrington Borough Council, which will outline the programme and how the service user has engaged in the regime.

The provider will be required to input Warrington’s Service User Tier 4 data onto the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) to enable Warrington Borough Council to achieve the Problem Drug Use (PDU) targets.
