Description

Derbyshire County Council is inviting organisations to apply to be included on an accredited list of providers for the Drug Misuse Treatment Service in Primary Care (Shared Care) in Derbyshire, for 2 years commencing 1 April 2015.

If successful, providers will be awarded a contract and will be placed on the list which will contain details of organisations within Derbyshire accredited to provide the service.

The Council will provide the list of accredited providers to the Adult Drug Treatment Service who will, in consultation with the service user, select a suitable provider with regard to both geographical location and capacity.

Submissions of applications to be included on the accredited list commencing 1 April 2015 should be sent to publichealthprocurement@derbyshire.gov.uk by 4.00pm on 30 January 2015 and should include:

Please note:
• Late applications will be accepted, but inclusion on the list may be delayed where an application is submitted after 30 January 2015.
• In order to improve the level of choice and to best meet the needs of service users within • Derbyshire, following the close of this invitation to expression of interest, the Council intends to advertise a further invitation to enable the expansion of the list throughout the contract period.
• The Council does not have any control regarding the selection of providers made by service users and can make no guarantee regarding the volume of clients providers may see during the contract period.
