Description of the contract

Part A: The supplier will provide access to an existing online disability awareness e-learning programme for all customer facing staff at the 61 businesses between February and end August 2015; and powerpoint slides for inclusion in induction training (for employees recruited after end August 2015). Part B: The supplier will run a classroom Disability Awareness training session in each of following seven destinations: Kent, Birmingham, Lincoln, Northumberland, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Brighton. These full day sessions will focus on providing face-to-face training for 15-20 owners of micro businesses and key staff from other Business Partners. The purpose of the training is to help ensure key staff have the necessary skills to offer a warm welcome to all customers.Suppliers can bid for Part A, and/or Part B.
