Hampshire County Council wishes to create a Framework agreement with the various tutors and organisations that deliver specialist Early Years Foundation Stage training to early education and childcare providers in the private, voluntary and independent sector. This tender for the Framework agreement will allow the Council to be transparent and compliant in commissioning the training. It will also allow training providers to know in advance the Council’s terms and conditions and requirements for the training provision.
The Framework will be split into specialist Early Years Foundation Stage areas under the EYFS umbrella. You are therefore asked to specify for which specialist Early Years Foundation Stage area you are tendering for. You also have the option to identify additional areas.
