The programme will focus on two key areas:

Earth Observation (EO) Instrumentation Development
through the management and promotion of the

established CEOI brand (http://www.ceoi.ac.uk/) and

its associated aims
2. Added Value Programme which is scalable depending on; the success and benefits of continuation of activities undertaken under the EO Programme; knowledge and skills transfer opportunities.

UK Shared Business Services Ltd as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a service contract on behalf of UK Space Agency.
The UK Space Agency (UKSA) has a requirement to

manage the Earth Observation Instrumentation
Programme.
The programme will focus on 2 key areas:
1.
Earth Observation (EO) Instrumentation Development
through the management and promotion of the

established CEOI brand (http://www.ceoi.ac.uk/) and

its associated aims
2. Added Value Programme which is scalable depending on; the success and benefits of continuation of activities undertaken under the EO Programme; knowledge and skills transfer opportunities
The UK Space Agency will be contracting for an initial period of 3 years with an optional extension period of up to 2 years (executed at annual intervals).
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 1 250 000 and 2 000 000 GBP

III.2.1)Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts).
This procurement will be managed electronically via the Crown Commercial Service’s e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants shall first be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite.
