Hampshire County Council is inviting offers for the provision of a targeted education, employment and training participation programme as detailed in the tender documents.
The provision will engage, support and progress 16 and 17 year old Hampshire young people not currently engaged in education, employment or training. Service Provider(s) will provide skilled and experienced workers to assess need, develop and co-ordinate action plans and provide interventions including evidence — based programmes to achieve key aims, which will progress young people into a positive destination that meets the definitions of participation. The service will focus only on young people who are resident in Hampshire, age 16 or 17 and are not currently engaged in education, employment or training.
