The agreement will be for 2 year period, commencing 1st September 2014, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.

It is expected that the contracts will commence on 1st September 2014

Closing date and time for the submission of tenders is 18th July 2014 at 16:00 hrs.

As a member of the STaR Shared Procurement Service, the contract is let by Trafford Council and will only initially be used by Trafford Council, but is open for Stockport and Rochdale councils, as fellow STaR members to join.
The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). For the avoidance of doubt, the contracting authority confirms that no weight will be attached to whether or not an economic operator is an SME in selecting economic operators to participate or in assessing the most economically advantageous tender.
