The contract will commence on 3.9.2016 for an initial period of 3 years and will expire on 2.9.2019. The University reserves the right to extend the contract for a further 12 month period subject to satisfactory performance.

Must be a Chartered Educational Psychologist. Please refer to Part IV Selection Criteria Question s within 4A.1 of the ESPD.

Bidders must confirm they can provide the following supporting evidence prior to award:
Public Liability Insurance = 1 000 000 GBP
Professional Indemnity Insurance = 1 500 000 GBP

It is a requirement of this tender that the successful bidder must be able to provide all student assessments on site at Robert Gordon University campus.

Robert Gordon University will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day Standstill Period following electronic notification (minimum of 15 calendar days for any other means of communication) to unsuccessful applicants of the award decision. An economic operator that suffers, or risks suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 may bring proceedings in the Sheriff Court or the Court of Session.
