Wolverhampton City Council is tendering its Health and Wellbeing Service for Older People. The Provider would be expected to work alongside the current in-house provider providing preventative / low level needs, designed to offer support to Asian Elders age 55 and over.
The Council expects the successful provider to be ‘not for profit’, in order to be able to deliver the Social Value outcomes.
The aim of the service is to provide a re-enabling environment that meets a wide range of needs and aspirations, whilst offering flexible care and support to meet the changing needs presented by users and their carers over time. This can be achieved through leisure and educational opportunities, art activities and promote healthy living.
Deadline date: 7th September 2012
Annual contract value: £40,000
Duration of contract: 2 years plus 1
