Major works are classified as rewires, electrical upgrades and installation of hard-wired smoke alarms. Over the duration of the contract there may be a requirement for electrical testing in commercial properties as well as domestic and this will be reflected in the contract documents.

The Employer gives no assurances as to the volume of work that will be generated during the course of the contract or quantity of works that shall be issued by the employer at any time. The tenderer will be deemed to have taken due account of this in their submission. The tenderer will be requested to submit rates for electrical testing and major works for Wrekin Housing Trust properties across Shropshire and Staffordshire.
