Anglian Water require a software system provides the ability for managers to recognise or reward employees. The company must provide a range of individual gifts or spend vouchers from a wide choice suitable for the Anglian Water employee base. The system must be able to interface with other HR systems (e.g. SAP), have mobile capability and signal sign-on. It is envisaged that the system will be cloud hosted.
It should be noted that the estimated value includes the value of any reward given to employees.
