Lot 1 — General Temporary Agency Workers,
Lot 2 — Specialist Agency Workers.
The successful Bidders shall be expected to deliver a high quality recruitment service for a range of departments, on time and to the budgeted cost.

This framework shall be established for an initial period of 3 years, but contains an option (exercisable exclusively by NIE at their discretion) to extend the framework by up to a further 2 years (5 years in total). The estimated figures given are based on the maximum 5 year framework period.
Any ensuing purchases arising from this framework will be awarded on a call-off basis. As such, NIE does not offer any commitment as to the volume, or value, of assignments or activity required over the duration of the framework.

— Lorry/HIAB Drivers,
— Stores and Logistics Operatives.

— Technical Staff;
— General temporary staff (where these cannot be facilitated under lot 1).

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Northern Ireland Electricity Limited will incorporate a standstill period from the point that information on the intended award of the contract is communicated to tenderers.
The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations (SI 2005 No 6) as amended, provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (Northern Ireland).
