Description of the contract

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is a partner of the EU project termed PLEEC (Planning of Energy Efficiency Cities) funded under the European Framework Programme 7 (FP7). The project comprises 18 partners in 13 EU countries. The overall aim of the project is to empower the city to deliver energy efficiency taking into account local specific conditions, contributing to the EU2020 strategy (saving 20% energy until 2020). Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to appoint a consultant to investigate and assess the potential energy efficiency opportunities and constraints for the city of Stoke-on-Trent both currently and in the future. This is not an expression of interest but an open tender.
