Service provision will be split into six regional lots, bidders can bid for, and be awarded, single, multiple or all lots.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

Service provision will be split into six geographical regions (see below) and HSE’s intended delivery model at this time is to appoint one solicitor agent to each region to provide support for all of the HSE offices in that particular region exclusively, although HSE reserves the right, should particular circumstances warrant it, to allocate work to one of the other solicitor agents appointed to the panel. It is envisaged that this right will only be invoked in limited circumstances, for example where there are specific resource constraints, geographical considerations or a conflict of interest exists. It is a condition of being appointed to the panel of solicitor agents that, in addition to providing support for all HSE offices in the region to which they are appointed, those appointed are prepared to deal with cases from other regions from time to time if requested by HSE.

Registration is required to ensure that you receive any updates issued during the procurement exercise. Interest can be registered at any time up to and including 27 April 2015 but you should note that the deadline for receipt of completed submissions is 27.4.2015 (13:00).

HSE is holding a supplier awareness event at its Bootle Headquarters on 10.4.2015 between 11:00 and 13:00 to provide background information about this requirement and respond to any questions raised. Attendance at this event is not mandatory. If you wish to attend you should reserve a place when you email to register your interest.
III 3.2 states that participants need to provide the names and professional qualifications of the staff responsible for the execution of the services. This does not need to be done until the second stage of the procurement process.
