— Produce condition reports detailing all required remedial works to make systems compliant to current HTM’s 03 & 04, L8, HSG 274 and BS EN 806 & BS 7592:2008;
— To achieve thermal control to prevent proliferation of water quality;
— Carry out designs, specifications and produce tender packages for remediation works identified from the surveys;
— Provide Project Management Services inc. management of subcontractors and witnessing commissioning;
— Interpret sampling and testing results.
The minimum qualifications and experience for every individual working on-site are;
— Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering;
— City and Guilds The Roles and Responsibilities of the Appointed Person Module 1;
— City and Guilds Management of L8 Risk Assessment and Control Scheme Module 2.
