The Council would like to invite economic operators to submit a tender response on the terms set out in the Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) for selection of a single Contractor to provide an Enterprise Content Management Solution.

Leicester City Council is looking for an Enterprise Content Management solution to replace its current Electronic Document and Records Management System (OpenText CLM RKYV Edition) which meets the current needs of the Council and provides the flexibility and ease to further expand its use in the future.

The Contract awarded will be for an initial term of 4 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2+2+1+1 years.
