Lot A — Coordinating pre-application consultation, consent applications and consent compliance activities for FAB Link onshore infrastructure in UK and Alderney. Within the UK, consultancy support to address requirements in respect of proposed planning application to local authority for onshore converter station in Devon and any relevant studies for approximately 20 km of underground HVDC cables and 4 km of underground HVAC cables to be installed using Permitted Development Rights. Within States of Alderney, consultancy support to address requirements in respect of proposed planning application to States of Alderney for approximately 2 km of underground HVDC cables.
Lot B — Coordinating pre-application consultation, consent applications and consent compliance activities for FAB Link offshore infrastructure between UK landfall and southern extent of Alderney waters. Consultancy support to address requirements in respect of proposed Marine Licence application to the Marine Management Organisation and proposed FEPA Licence application to the States of Guernsey for approximately 140 km offshore HVDC cables and associated cable protection and seabed preparation activities.

III.2.1)Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: All documents must be written in the English language.

III.2.2)Economic and financial ability

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The tenderer must provide:
1. Three years worth of accounts and demonstrate a turnover in each of the last three financial years in excess of EUR 300 000.
2. Details of any insolvency proceedings that have been commenced against the tenderer.
3. A description of the legal form of the company.
4. A copy of the company’s certificate of incorporation (or equivalent) showing the company has been established for at least 3 years.
5. A document demonstrating identity and address and representative office in the UK (if applicable).
6. A summary history of the company.
7. An organogram and the number of people employed.
8. If the company is a subsidiary company or a member of a group, all the details on the structure of the group must be provided.
9. Its VAT number if VAT registered in the UK.

5. Please detail your organisation’s strengths in delivering such projects.
6. Provide experience relevant to preparation, design and attendance at public consultations and ability to analyse and have due regard to consultation responses.
7. Provide experience in supporting permitted development activities for underground cables.
8. Provide experience of undertaking detailed GIS support.
9. Provide summary of resources relevant to the scope of work (number of staff, years of experience in that field, details of projects worked on).
10. Provide experience in specifying the environmental requirements of onshore construction contracts.
11. Please provide any experience of projects in Devon.
In respect of Lot B, the tenderer must provide:
12. Briefly describe your experience in conducting environmental studies and planning advice on offshore and intertidal cable projects. Please include examples of similar project work undertaken by your company.
