— EPOS for Shop and Trolley,
— EPOS/Mobile Devices for 1st Class,
— EPOS back-office and integration with Red Prairie (DHL WMS), Virgin Trains’ new BI System (to replace Access, Crystal and Hyperion) and Open Accounts (Virgin Trains Financial System),
— On-going Maintenance and Support of the solution once in operation. This shall include both hardware and software including enabling swap-out, repair and replacement of faulty devices and working within our operating model (on-board train whilst en-route),
— Automated forecasting and order generation to Red Prairie (DHL WMS) in order to Auto-replenish the shop and 1st Class, replacing the existing spreadsheet based forecasts.
