Prospective Respondents are required to note University of the Arts London is seeking ‘Expressions of Interest’ from capable Respondents who has a proven track record in the delivery of “digital” fashion consultancy services to High-End Fashion SMEs pertaining to the provision of and/or similar to the core deliverable listed herein: a. E-commerce for high end fashion businesses b. Multi-channel strategies c. Website launches d. Online merchandising e. Marketing f. Indirect customer services.

How to apply
The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Prospective Respondents are required to note the maximum contract value allocated for the delivery the service(s) being tendered is £45,000 (inc. VAT) a. Suppliers must read through the complete set of instructions and follow the process before responding to this notice. b. The contract for the provision of “Digital” Fashion Consultancy will be tendered online using Delta eSourcing portal. c. Please follow the registration process using the html link https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/R669259W6J to express an interest. d. If you are already registered as a supplier on the Delta eSourcing Portal, you will not need to register again, simply use your existing username and password. e. Please note there is a password reminder link on the homepage. f. Suppliers must log in, go to your “Response Manager” and add the following Access Code: R669259W6J. g. During the Expression of Interest stage, Respondents are NOT required to submit any documents. h. The University will release the Invitation to Tender formality on or after 6 January 2014, through the Delta eSourcing Portal. I. Please ensure that you allow yourself plenty of time when responding to this notice prior to the closing date and time. j. The “Expression of Interest” stage will officially close on 6 January 2014 at 17:00hrs. k. All tenders must be in sterling GBP and the resulting contract will be subject to English law. l. The Respondent acknowledges that by responding to this notice and submitting an offer thereafter, the University is not liable for any cost incurred throughout the Procurement exercise. m. The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept an offer either in whole or in part, each service requirements for this purpose treated as being tendered separately. n. The University reserves the right to award the contract for the provision of “Digital” Fashion Consultancy to none or more than 1 supplier. o.
