II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Essex County Council (ECC) intends to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Services to support and manage the delivery of major capital construction projects. The Framework Agreement will be available to other Contracting Authorities within the East of England and is anticipated to be operational by 1.9.2016.
Please note the Council makes no guarantee as to the amount or value of work awarded under the Framework.
