The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement and not to proceed with the long term contract at any stage of the procurement process. The authority also reserves the right not to award a contract.
The majority of the immediate works required are in the North East of the UK. There are no guarantees to any value of work under the framework. It is envisaged that other work will become available during the lifespan of the contract in other areas of the country hence lots 2, 3 and 4 being added.
