This contract is for the provision of Estate Management and Concierge Services, including Grounds Maintenance, Bulk Refuse collection, Window Cleaning and Pest Control services.
In order to achieve a better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Tower Hamlets Community Housing have prepared a standard specification covering all required services that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Tower Hamlets Community Housing schemes included within this contract.

THCH was formed in March 2000 with Government funding of 21 000 000 GBP secured from Round 3 of the Estates Renewal Challenge Fund for the transfer of 1 249 homes owned by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, including 215 leased properties. Further homes transferred to THCH in 2004 (Tarling Estate) and 2006 following the successful ballot (via Housing Choice) of Norton House and the Mansford and Avebury East Estates.
We have 4 offices, including 3 local community housing offices and employ just over 80 staff.
This contract is for the provision of Estate Management and Concierge Services in accordance with the service specification to current and future Tower Hamlets Community Housing properties located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Estimated contract value provided is for a 5 year term (3 years plus two 1 year extensions) across all 5 lots.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 2 265 000 and 2 485 000 GBP

Should Tower Hamlets Community Housing choose to exercise this option then the Expiry Dates will be as follows:
— Expiry Date — 1st annual extension (as amended) — 31.3.2020.
